This is a Communal Experience. Our authentic, high-efficiency Cedar Barrel Sauna is designed for connection and seats up to six guests comfortably. Your booking provides entry into a shared, communal heat cycle (co-ed). You will be joining others in the cedar-scented barrel, creating a supportive group environment for your wellness journey.

Do i have to cold plunge

The cold plunge is optional — if you’re not up for it, you can simply enjoy the sauna. But for the full experience and maximum benefits… we highly encourage you to try it!

What should i bring

Please bring your swimsuit, 2 towels, slip off shoes, and hydration (water bottle)—and an open mind. Come sauna-ready (swimsuit or light workout wear under cozy layers). Easy, relaxed, and Driftless-style.
